As a teacher I love to guide my students, paying close attention to their personal development as yogis. During the current climate, to avoid physical contact, I demonstrate poses and mirror my students to ensure best practice for all. Taking an intuitive approach to each class, we find a balance of discipline, strength, joy and laughter. I am attentive to the seasonal changes, focusing on the chakras, elements, sutras and your individual needs.

Each class is a space for you to let go of unwanted emotions, physical tension and restore emotional and physical balance.

Yin is this style of yoga is for you if you are tired and craving energy or you’re over-stimulated and have too much energy. Expect a different theme weekly . Yin is mindful slower and can be more passive in style.

Expect Breath work, Soothing words and deep connection and rest .

Working through the elements and chakras on the mat at this community of Witty Baths . A great space to practice and affordable drop in prices .

During theses classes we work through the 5 elements and 7 chakras which help us to connect to drawing in the positive emotions as we let go of the negative ones .

If government guidelines change to the point where classes cannot go ahead no refunds will be offered, all class payments drop ins and class cards will be held on your account as a credit for as long as needed, until classes can re start.


All in-studio classes can be attended in person and booked in advance. Please bring your own equipment a yoga mat and some blocks and a blanket . blocks are needed in my classes.
